After the ceremony, Wookyung and Saheon got into a car headed for the airport.
Thanks to smooth traffic on the highway, they arrived at the terminal in no time.
They sent the car—provided by Chairwoman Choi—back with the driver, then followed the waiting flight attendant inside.
It took less than thirty minutes to check in at the private counter and clear security.
“This way, please.”
Wookyung hesitated when the flight attendant tried to lead them again.
Usually, they’d be left alone to enjoy the lounge until boarding, but this felt different.
“Let’s go.”
He looked at Saheon, silently asking him to explain.
But Saheon just smiled and tugged him along by the hand.
“What’s going on? Be honest. What are you hiding?”
Wookyung tried to press him playfully, but Saheon just kept grinning without a word.
‘He’s definitely up to something…’
Wookyung clicked his tongue but didn’t push further.
Saheon had been buzzing with energy throughout the ceremony.
Now, with that smile he couldn’t hide, it was clear he’d planned some kind of surprise.
But the place they arrived at next made Wookyung stop in his tracks—it was a door leading out to the runway.
“What… is this?”
And parked there was a car.
“What did you do?”
Wookyung looked absolutely stunned.
And who could blame him?
The limousine had a big red heart on the hood, rainbow-colored roses on the roof, and ribbons tied to the door handles.
It was, without question, a wedding car.
“Seriously, what is all this?”
“Well, we did get married today. This much is only fitting. Come on, hop in.”
Saheon winked and opened the back door himself.
The inside was just as beautifully decorated.
“You… really…”
“Come on, Wookyung. Everyone’s waiting for us.”
Everyone? Waiting where? Their flight wasn’t for a little while yet… was it?
Wookyung gave him another suspicious look.
It seemed there were still things he didn’t know.
But Saheon only smiled faintly.
At this point, it was probably best to just go along with whatever he wanted.
Once Wookyung got into the car, Saheon immediately followed.
The limousine carrying the two of them set off.
Near the gate, people waiting to board their flights turned their attention to the eye-catching vehicle, but Wookyung didn’t notice.
Saheon, however, spotted a few pressing their faces against the windows, even holding up cameras in fascination, and thought there might soon be some noisy headlines.
‘Not a bad thing, either.’
It was already public knowledge that today was the wedding of the HK Group’s heir.
Though the event itself was private and kept away from the media, plenty of details had likely spread through the guests.
Now, with this extravagant display of a limousine speeding down the runway, Saheon was satisfied—this would widely announce that Wookyung was now officially his.
Of course, he’d have to clarify the truth later.
“Wow… I had a feeling, but…”
Wookyung let out a dazed sigh as he stepped out of the car.
During the ride, he’d caught glimpses of the approaching building and had an inkling.
And sure enough, before him stood an FBO—a private jet terminal.
So, the earlier check-in at the regular terminal had just been Saheon playing coy.
All to surprise him like this.
Following the crew, they passed through the terminal and finally reached the gate connecting to the plane.
“Then, I hope you have a pleasant journey.”
The crew member, having finished their role, bowed politely and stepped away.
Wookyung immediately shot Saheon a sharp glare.
“You should’ve told me about this! I was really shocked!”
“It was a surprise gift. Not my doing—Grandmother arranged it.”
At the mention of Chairwoman Choi’s involvement, Wookyung shut his mouth, swallowing whatever retort he’d been about to make.
“She called me suddenly yesterday. Said a gift like this was only fitting.”
Of course it’s the Chairwoman—no one else would pull off a surprise on this scale.
“Then you could’ve at least given me a hint. I would’ve thanked her properly earlier.”
“She told me not to say anything. She’s probably feeling very pleased with herself right now.”
Wookyung could easily picture Chairwoman Choi’s smug smile.
“She’s mischievous.”
Just like when she’d suddenly shown up in Chicago last time—but a private jet?
“Right? I didn’t know either, but she does have a flair for the dramatic.”
Saheon tugged Wookyung’s hand, leading him down the boarding bridge just as he had at the airport.
His voice was soft and coaxing.
“Still, we should thank her for the thought.”
At the plane’s entrance, Wookyung greeted the waiting crew and captain before stepping inside.
Then, the luxurious interior drove home just how extravagant the Chairwoman’s surprise was.
This was nothing like the presidential suite they’d stayed in back in Chicago.
It was even more meticulously crafted, exuding sophistication—and someone’s personal taste.
“Wait, is this… the Chairwoman’s?”
“Yeah. She uses this for overseas trips.”
He’d suspected as much.
The mother-of-pearl cabinets, delicate silk decorations—nothing about this looked like a standard aircraft interior.
“No, but this is too much.”
It was overwhelming.
The private jet of a corporate tycoon?
Surely she knew how he’d feel, but Saheon just guided him to his seat without a care.
“Sit down and buckle up. We need to take off soon.”
“Ah.”
Only then did Wookyung notice the captain and crew waiting patiently because of him and hurriedly sat.
Saheon immediately leaned over to fasten his seatbelt.
As his hand brushed across Wookyung’s chest, the captain approached with another polite greeting.
“Good day. I’m Captain Yang Younghoon, responsible for your flight today.”
“Hello. Please take good care of us.”
“The honor is mine. I’ll ensure your journey is safe and comfortable.”
Wookyung returned the captain’s deep bow with equal courtesy.
A crew member then briefed them on safety procedures while the plane began moving.
The flight was smooth—favorable winds, no turbulence.
Though clouds thickened as they neared their destination, it wasn’t an issue.
“Be reasonable.”
The real problem was something else.
Wookyung grabbed Saheon’s wrist as it trailed down his stomach.
But his grip was weak, barely resisting.
“Why? There’s no one here.”
Saheon’s innocent question melted into a slow, deliberate kiss.
Lips pressed, teasing, then gently sucking.
Wookyung instinctively parted his lips.
Seizing the opening, Saheon’s tongue swept in, hot and insistent, mapping every ridge.
A shiver ran through Wookyung’s lashes.
No—this reaction wasn’t just him.
The cabin air was thick with an alpha’s pheromones.
Right. Saheon had been releasing them since boarding.
Once the flight stabilized, his lips had wandered over Wookyung’s face, then lower—neck, shoulders, back, waist, thighs—each touch spelling out his intentions.
“We’ll do it when we land.”
Wookyung’s voice was hoarse when they finally broke the kiss.
He was barely holding onto his own restraint.
His body had long since responded in kind, heat pooling under his skin.
This plea was as much for himself as for Saheon: Keep control until we arrive.
But today, his alpha seemed unwilling to comply.
“I can’t wait ten more hours. Let’s do it now.”
The pheromones intensified, fogging Wookyung’s gaze.
His eyelids fluttered as warmth engulfed him.
What choice did he have?
When Saheon—his alpha—was tempting him like this?
On the day they’d promised to spend their lives together?
“Haah… Fine.”
The moment he relented, Saheon’s eyes glinted.
He pulled Wookyung into his arms like claiming prey.
The kiss deepened, turned feverish—
