A pheromone shower—something Jeongseo had only ever learned about in health class at school.
At the time, he had been a recessive, and it felt like something that had nothing to do with him.
He never imagined he would one day have to go through one himself.
“I don’t even know how to do a pheromone shower…?”
“It’s instinctual.”
The moment Jeongseo pushed Park Doyoung’s hand away, an incredibly strong wave of pheromones burst from him, surging toward Pyo Yoontae with overwhelming force.
Surrounded by the scent that screamed possessiveness, Yoontae had no choice but to reveal his tail and ears in front of all those people.
He never wanted to show his true form to anyone else, but for this reason—this one reason—he didn’t mind.
Even thinking back on it sent a thrilling chill down his spine.
The only thing he regretted was that there were no other trait-bearers around.
Pheromones meant for marking would only make non-trait-bearers feel unsettled and uncomfortable.
Jeongseo, standing in the doorway, silently watched Yoontae before his tail suddenly popped out.
A sharp scent filled the air, making his nose tingle.
“Y-Yoontae…?”
Yoontae looked down at him, his expression gradually darkening with something unreadable.
Cautiously, Jeongseo opened the inner door and stepped inside.
That was the plan—until Seobok got in the way.
The moment the door opened slightly, Seobok shoved his snout through, pushing the sliding door wide open.
“Ah!”
Startled, Jeongseo lost his balance and stumbled backward, but Yoontae moved swiftly, wrapping an arm around his waist.
“You should be more careful.”
His voice was low and steady, but his other hand had already gripped Jeongseo’s hip, fingers pressing into the spot where his tail met his lower back.
Jeongseo froze in place, realizing what was happening.
“Y-you can’t do this here…!”
“You didn’t say no when we were at the riverside house.”
“That was…”
Jeongseo struggled to come up with a retort, but nothing came to mind.
For some reason, being here made it feel even more embarrassing—like something they absolutely shouldn’t do.
Unable to say anything, he could only open and close his mouth wordlessly.
Yoontae, smirking, finally stepped inside.
When Seobok started bouncing excitedly in front of them, demanding attention, Yoontae sighed.
“Seobok, I’ll play with you later, okay? You understand me, don’t you?”
Seobok, now quite familiar with him, hesitated for a moment but eventually backed off, giving in to Yoontae’s presence.
Yoontae strode confidently into Jeongseo’s room, and as soon as the door closed behind them, he leaned in, capturing Jeongseo’s lips.
Jeongseo hesitated at first, but the warmth of Yoontae’s breath and the pheromones wrapping around him made his head feel hazy.
Slowly, he closed his eyes, draping his arms around Yoontae’s neck.
A sharp flick of Yoontae’s tongue against the roof of his mouth sent a shiver down his spine.
“Mm….”
The sensation made his back arch slightly, and before he knew it, he realized something—he was sitting on his desk.
Why here, when the bed was right next to them…?
Dazed, Jeongseo stared at the light wooden surface before glancing up at Yoontae.
“This is a desk…!”
Before he could finish his sentence, his pants were pulled down in one swift motion.
Yoontae didn’t stop there—he gathered Jeongseo’s legs together and lifted them, causing his body to tilt sideways, half-sprawled across the desk.
This isn’t the bed… This feels weird…!
As Jeongseo struggled, Yoontae murmured in a hushed voice.
“You’re already worked up.”
With his legs lifted, his undergarments clung to his skin, revealing a clear stain.
When Yoontae traced a slow line along the fabric, a thin, glistening thread followed his fingers before breaking.
Embarrassed, Jeongseo’s face burned red, but his body betrayed him, reacting too eagerly.
Yoontae exhaled a heated breath before pulling Jeongseo’s underwear halfway down his thighs.
With his legs pressed together, everything felt more exposed.
Yoontae ran his tongue over his lips, then pressed his fingers against Jeongseo’s entrance, gently pushing forward.
Thanks to the earlier build-up, they slid in without resistance.
“Ah…”
Jeongseo clenched his fists, thighs trembling at the sudden intrusion.
When Yoontae added a second finger, his inner muscles instinctively tightened in response.
Spreading his fingers apart slightly, Yoontae watched the flushed, sensitive skin reveal itself further.
Jeongseo’s body shuddered, his stomach tightening as Yoontae’s fingers moved carefully, brushing against a sensitive spot.
“Hnn…!”
A sharp wave of pleasure crashed over him, making his entire body tense.
A warm, milky fluid trickled onto the desk.
The sudden release made his insides clench tightly around Yoontae’s fingers, and Jeongseo panted, struggling to catch his breath.
Yoontae let out a strained breath, clearly reaching his limit.
He withdrew his fingers, the air in the room thick with pheromones.
Jeongseo, still dazed, mumbled.
“But, Yoontae… You don’t have… that…”
Yoontae had made a big deal about being prepared whenever heat came around, yet now, he was avoiding the question.
Finding that adorable, Yoontae let out a silent chuckle before leaning down.
“What do you mean, I don’t have it?”
Even though he clearly understood, he still made Jeongseo say it out loud.
Flustered, Jeongseo glared at him—until he caught sight of the very thing he had been asking for.
A small, square box appeared in front of him.
A condom.
His eyes widened in surprise.
“This is what you thought was missing?”
“W-what the—?!”
Jeongseo was completely caught off guard.
Where had that even come from?!
Then he suddenly remembered—Yoontae had made a random stop at a convenience store earlier.
No way… He wasn’t just buying drinks, was he?!
“You… You planned this from the start?!”
Without denying it, Yoontae simply pulled himself free from his clothes, rolling the condom over his length.
Jeongseo barely had time to react before Yoontae had spread his legs and aligned himself, teasingly rubbing against him.
When Jeongseo bit his lip and glared, Yoontae smirked and thrust forward in one swift motion.
“A-ah…!”
A deep, overwhelming sensation filled him instantly, making his vision blur for a moment.
His body sprawled completely across the desk, Yoontae exhaled a hot breath, nibbling on the tip of Jeongseo’s ear before whispering:
“How do you expect me to hold back after you pulled a stunt like that in front of all those people?”
Right, baby?
His teasing voice sent another shiver through Jeongseo, who shot him a glare—only to be silenced by a kiss.
Pyo Yoontae didn’t let go of Jeongseo for a long time, even after using up all the condoms.
It was only when Jeongseo insisted that he needed to pick up the cake his mom had ordered and take Seobok for a walk that he was finally able to escape.
Yoontae pouted, whining that they should shower together, but Jeongseo managed to shake him off and take a shower alone.
When he came out, Yoontae was lying on the bed, staring at the ceiling. He looked deep in thought, Seo Jeongseo asked,
“What are you thinking about, Yoontae?”
“I should’ve shouted at school earlier that we’re dating.”
“……I think everyone already got the message.”
Jeongseo had already yelled at Park Doyoung to back off because Yoontae was his, and on top of that, Yoontae had clung to him, calling him “baby” out of nowhere.
As the scene replayed in Jeongseo’s mind, he felt his face heat up with embarrassment.
It had been embarrassing, to be honest, but at least it had confirmed to everyone that he and Yoontae were dating.
He hadn’t planned for things to unfold like this, but now there wouldn’t be any more doubts—not from Park Doyoung, nor from anyone else.
Jeongseo figured that was enough, but Yoontae still looked serious.
Jeongseo finished drying his hair and sat on the edge of the bed.
“What’s still bothering you, Yoontae?”
Yoontae glanced at Jeongseo, scrunched his nose with a hum, then smoothed his expression.
[Wow… So you really are dating Seo Jeongseo? I mean, it’s not like I didn’t believe it, but it just felt kind of unreal. Like, it’s kind of weird to wrap my head around.]
That was what Shin Junhee had said to Yoontae yesterday.
If even someone as close to Jeongseo as Junhee reacted like that, Yoontae could only imagine how the rest of the school would take it.
Worse yet, now rumors about Jeongseo would start spreading.
And then the guys who hadn’t been at the gym today would get suspicious, and who knew?
Some of them might even try to mess with Jeongseo.
Yoontae wasn’t the type to go around broadcasting his personal life, but when it came to dating Jeongseo, he wanted the whole world to know.
After a brief moment of thought, Yoontae started rubbing Jeongseo’s knee and asked,
“Can I post a picture of us together on Instagram, Jeongseo?”
“A picture?”
It was a sudden question, but Jeongseo didn’t really mind, so he nodded.
Neither he nor Yoontae were big on social media, so the request just felt a little unexpected.
Yoontae fiddled with his phone for a moment before turning it to Jeongseo with a satisfied look.
Jeongseo took the phone with a puzzled expression, but when he saw the screen, he burst out laughing.
“What the hell! Where did this come from?”
“Now, if some asshole like Park Doyoung says anything, just show them this. Got it, Jeongseo?”
And if anyone asks if you have a boyfriend, show them this too.
Yoontae’s serious expression was oddly cute, Seo Jeongseo set the phone down and ruffled his hair with both hands.
“Yoontae, you’re adorable.”
“I’m being serious, Jeongseo!”
As they playfully bickered, the phone slipped off the bed and landed on the floor, revealing the screen.
On the screen was a sweet photo of the two of them together, accompanied by a short caption:
First love, first relationship.
