The servant’s expression shook slightly as if she was asking something strange.
Then the nanny behind Estella quickly stepped in and said.
“I’m sure Lord Izak is in the greenhouse, right? Princess.”
“Greenhouse? Then let’s go to the greenhouse, nanny!”
Estella said solemnly, lifting her index finger as if to lead the nanny.
On her way to the greenhouse, Estella asked the nanny a secret question.
“Hey, nanny. As you’ve heard, I’ve lost all my memories since I was 19, haven’t you?”
“Yes… yes, that’s right. Don’t worry too much. It’ll come back!”
“No, I think I didn’t lose them and I’m in trouble, and there’s something else that matters.”
“What? What is it?”
“Nanny, did I really give birth to those twins? Am I really married to Izak?”
“Oh, well… yes, of course!”
“But what’s with the divorce, huh?”
The nanny smiled awkwardly at the awkward question.
“Princess, this nanny has no right to interfere between a couple. If you’re curious, why don’t you ask Izak yourself?”
“Ask for myself… nanny… Didn’t you see the eyes he was looking at me earlier?”
He was about to eat her up.
Of course, the expression of his towards a prey was not meant to be for something vulgar, but rather it was to kill.
At Estella’s words, the nanny quickly turned away from Estella’s gaze.
‘Pretending she didn’t know! Princess Estella seems to be amazing!’ She let out a sigh.
“I also know my limits… How can you ask me again with those eyes… Sigh….”
Despite her persuation, Estella could not get any information from the nanny.
Whenever she asked questions related between them as a couple, the nanny remained clueless.
There’s no way she didn’t know!
There’s no way that the nanny that raised Estella, since she was a toddler and now she’s even taking care of her children after marriage, wouldn’t know.
However, the nanny never opened her mouth and remained silent.
“Princess, it’s a problem that you need to solve by asking Sir Izak directly.”
“Can’t you just help me?”
“No.”
Meanwhile, Estella arrived at the greenhouse.
The nanny knocked on the greenhouse door carefully.
“Sir Izak, the princess has something to ask.”
“Tell her to come in.”
Estella went inside at Izak’s words.
“Please have a peaceful conversation, Princess.” The nanny said, closing the door.
“…is it possible, that?”
The nanny clenched her fists with both hands and lifted them up. Estella clenched her fist along with a shaky expression.
Further into the greenhouse full of recordings, ahe found Izak playing with the twins in a mat. Izak, who pretended to enjoy the food handed by the children playing house, said with a cold face as soon as he saw Estella.
“You must be confused, but why don’t you rest more.”
The words sounded like, “Why aren’t you going to lay down?”
“I am so confused that I can’t rest any more.” Estella answered with a voice full of frustration.
“If you’re uneasy, your memory won’t come back immediately.”
“I still need to know the memory that disappeared even if they didn’t come back immediately.”
Izak looked at Estella with strange eyes. They were sad and disappointed.
“You went to the pond a little while ago and fell. It was definitely shallow. Has it been that deep before? I mean… maybe…10 years ago?”
“Yes, sir.”
“You’re saying it has never been filled? Let me ask you one more question. Izak, weren’t you originally married to my cousin, Lily Bertrand? The last memory was that you were married to Lily…”
“…that’s your last memory?”
“Yes.”
“Ha.”
“…ha?”
Why was he making such a small sigh?
Estella also didn’t know what landmine she stepped on, so she only looked at his face.
But Izak’s current expression was getting really bad.
Estella quickly added because she seemed to have stepped on a big landmine.
“I don’t think you’ll believe it, Izak, but I’ll tell you. First of all, you’re my husband, and you’re the closest to me. We need to clear up the misunderstanding.”
“…what do you mean.”
“Don’t be surprised and listen.”
Estella said, weighing heavily.
“…I think I’ve skipped my time into the future.”
“….”
“So, I’ve gone from the past to the future.”
“….”
Izak’s expression was as if he were looking at a crazy person.
As expected.
“I know, I know it’s crazy, but no matter how hard I think about it, it’s not an amnesia. I fell down in a pond without a rock? Let’s say it’s possible because I’ve done it for 100 times. But would you believe me if I fell into a pond at your wedding? I was asked to go into that pond. Someone was calling my name!”
Estella said, waving her hand.
Estella continued to narrate all the things that happened.
When she spat out the last word, she was now out of breath.
Still breathing heavily, Estella expected Izak’s response.
‘He can’t possibly believe what I’m telling you this seriously.’
Estella was hoping earnestly that if he had even a little bit of trust, he would certainly believe it.
“…I think this is simply too much. Who’s out there? Go get the princess.”
“Oh, come on! Why can’t you believe it? Why can’t you trust me?! If we’re married, you should believe in me!”
Estella ended up screaming and making a scene.
“I’m telling you the truth! I’m telling you the truth!”
She repeatedly said that. Then she looked down at a weak pull on the hem of the dress.
‘When did the little girl came in?’
The little girl handed Estella a glass of dirt. (Pretend that the dirt is tea to play with the little girl.)
